You will need your frame size, rental dates, accommodation address, and cleat preference — Look or Shimano. If you are unsure about frame size, message us on WhatsApp before booking and we will help you get it right. Everything else is confirmed by your concierge before delivery.
Yes — book a separate rental for each rider in the widget, or message us on WhatsApp if your group is five or more and we will coordinate everything together. Group bookings for training camps and cycling holidays are common and we are set up to handle them efficiently.

Yes. Every bike in the fleet is fitted with a power meter as standard, so your numbers carry over from your own bike and your training bloc data stays consistent.
Yes, and we would rather you did. Send your fit report ahead of arrival and we will set saddle height, setback, bar drop and reach before the bike leaves us. We then fine-tune on site at delivery. It means you are riding your position from kilometre one.
Yes. Late afternoon or early evening delivery the day before your first ride is standard practice for anyone starting at first light. The bike is fitted and ready the night before, so a 6:30 rollout is no problem. Just flag the timing on your pre-delivery call.
Velo Algarve does not provide or sell insurance with rentals. You are responsible for the bike while it is in your care, which covers theft, loss and damage beyond normal riding wear.
One to two months ahead as a general rule. For the two peak seasons, February to May and September to November, book two to three months ahead. Those windows fill first, particularly for groups of four or more, and fleet size is limited.
